Pain is inevitable if one lives long enough. Pain is the perfect opportunity to dig deep within ourself and find the lessons life is teaching. What is admirable about the process is found on the other end of this experience.
These sessions with Laura, starting at 6am in Malibu, explored her personal confrontation with pain, brought on by an unexpected injury that derailed her lifelong passion as a ballet dancer. Her triumph through this experience is a lesson for us all.
